Dave Coulier, star of Full House, has officially defeated stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma and is now cancer-free. Five months after being diagnosed with cancer in October 2024, the 65-year-old actor’s publicist stated on March 31 that he is now cancer-free.
A Journey of Strength and Positivity
Coulier first revealed his diagnosis to the public in November 2024 after experiencing swollen lymph nodes from an upper respiratory infection. He persevered through the difficulties of chemotherapy, finding strength in the example of his late mother, sister, and niece, who also fought cancer.
Melissa Coulier, his wife, was at his side, and on good days, they had dance parties with their dogs and play music to cheer him up.
An Emotional Announcement
Coulier shared the joyful news with Parade Magazine, revealing that recent biopsy results showed no sign of cancer. “One of the few times in my life when ‘zero’ has been a great number to hear,” he said.
His Full House co-star Candace Cameron Bure celebrated the milestone on Instagram, writing:
“DAVE IS CANCER FREE!!!!”
She encouraged fans to send love and support as he moves forward.
Looking Ahead
Coulier is now awaiting a final CAT scan to confirm his full recovery. But he already senses a significant change:
